We're local food producers, Rooted in Vermont, and members of Vermont's Farm to Plate Network. 

We locally source our Vermont honey from beekeepers who are part of the Vermont Beekeepers Association.

I love getting out on the trails in Vermont, especially around my home.  I love to hike, bike, run, ski, kayak and discover the beauty of rivers, streams, forests, mountains, open farms and fields with my family and friends. 

​This is me and my husband Gary.  We live at the base of Camel's Hump Mountain, in North Duxbury, Vermont. We take my Trail Bars with us
on our own adventures.
